Information you provide

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the contact and facility details you submit so we can respond, arrange a walkthrough, and prepare or provide cleaning services.

Website activity

We may record limited technical and campaign information—such as the page visited, referring website, and a short-lived pseudonymous request identifier—to understand whether outreach is working, prevent abuse, and improve the site.

Portal and service records

When the Bananas portal is enabled, authorized accounts may contain job assignments, checklist results, notes, service timestamps, and photos. Employee location is requested at punch-in and punch-out to verify the job visit; the portal is not designed for continuous background location tracking. Customers may see visit verification and service records for their facilities, but not an employee’s raw location coordinates.

How information is used and shared

We use information to operate the business, deliver and document services, communicate with customers and employees, address concerns, protect account security, and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information. We may use service providers that host the website, authentication, email, database, or file storage under appropriate access controls.

Retention and choices

We keep records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including service history, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information, subject to records we must retain.
